With the recent downturn in the economy I expect a lot of blogs to get started.  There is really no cheaper way to be “out there” in the world.  As you create each post you position yourself in your field.  For real estate agents this is a great way to show what you know.  

Though not all agents are directly reaping the rewards of thier blog, at minimum it gives them something to point potential clients toward.  Many will be surprised that at the content if you are writing 2-3 posts a week, which isn’t as hard as it sounds.  

For $23 an hour we can set up your hosted Wordpress blog.   What does it mean to host the blog?  If you use the free Wordpress blog then you are not allowed to have an widgets or many of the cool things that comes with blogging.  It is a security issue.  

If you pay for hosting than you have all the control you want.  Hosting service often costs around $9-$10 and you want a Wordpress friendly hosting company.  We suggest Dreamhost.

A quick tip: Organization will save you uncountable amounts of time.  Tracking how your inefficiency is a waste of time but you will quickly realize how much easier it is to perform once you are organized.

Start step by step.  Don’t get stuck trying to fix everything now.  You have to keep marketing yourself while putting it all together.
